ZERO SERIETA', ASSENTEISMO, MALEDUCAZIONE
Ho trovato varie volte l'agenzia chiusa in orario di apertura senza nessun avviso, ho chiamato varie volte e non ho ricevuto risposta. Dopo aver buttato varie ore del mio tempo invano per pagare una polizza ho finalmente trovato il titolare al telefono che, a seguito delle mie lamentele, mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendo che "se non l'ho trovato è un mio problema". Questi sono fatti, mi astengo da giudizi che ritengo superflui.
