Very bad experience with Great Deal after purchasing my tickets for the safari I am going there but unfortunately many activities were not done. you spend more time eating and watching dancers than make activities. Like photo.

no camel ride which was included nor sandboarding. When I ask the guides where the Camels are, they are speechless and tell me that we have to go back at home .
when I ask for a refund Great Deal or a rescheduled one, they remain without answers, ignore the messages and pretend not to see it, I ask a refund for activities no making i was contact Voucher, the company that works with Great Deal, they have no respect and say that it is not refundable and say to pay 140 AED again bad experiences they are thieves don't go there

We purchased a deal, which involved hotel stay at Lapita hotel + park tickets, from greatdeals and made a request for adjoining rooms.
Our experience at the hotel was excellent and we got connecting room, which was very important to our family.
It was a great family experience and a must visit place

It was a great experience, the staff at great deals were fast at replying to my queries, contacted us immediately after purchasing the vouchers and were very cooperative with our requests. The deal I got from great deals was a steal and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had purchased tickets for Desert Safari, they charged my credit cards. I sent them ticket number and asked to send dinner menu and inclusion. They refused to send and said once you come to the desert Camp, you can check by yourself. Customer Support were very rude. They were hiding something which they were not telling in Adance. I called the company Desert Falon Tourism , they were worse as well . Please stay away from them buying any deals. They are fake. I immediately called my bank to block my card.
