Positive: The room was a little nicer than what I was expecting for a Courtyard by Marriott. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and it had an ironing board and iron. It had a bistro, unfortunately it closed early, especially for a Saturday night. Negative: The woman checking me in treated me like a 4th class citizen. The TV didn't work - I called 4 times & no answer. The bathroom sink area was small. I'm disabled & my room key was deactivated before check-out time and I had to walk around the building.

I have visited this property before, but 9/9/24 was by far the BEST. I traveled with a breastfeeding mother who needed to freeze her milk. The in room fridge wasn’t as cold as we needed. I went downstairs to the desk where I met Larry. He had me label the milk and ensured it was kept frozen until check out. The following morning we had a very early departure flight; and there were no available Uber’s or Lyft’s. Larry called someone and we were picked up within 10 minutes. We made our flight on time and had a great stay! Genuine kindness is sometimes an extra task these days. But not this day!|Thank you Larry!!

This is a newer hotel, not your typical old hotel that got some makeover. Decor is nice and follow today interior trend. However they don't provide free breakfast, which is okay, but they also don't provide microwave inside the room. You can go to the only microwave inside snack store in the lobby, but I prefer making my breakfast in my sleepwear in my room than walking across lobby ,just for heating my cup noodle.

I stayed here overnight recently, and enjoyed it. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. I didn’t go anywhere else in the hotel but was pleased with how my stay went. The room was nicely furnished and was well maintained in good working order. Everything was impeccably clean as well.

It is a great location, conveniently located off of Herndon Parkway, Fairfax County Parkway, and Dulles Toll Road. You are within walking distance from a shopping plaza, but the current construction on Herndon Parkway creates challenges in staying off the roadway. They do not have a pool on the premises. However, their restaurant and lobby area is very comfortable and welcoming. We checked in, but the process was relatively smooth. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not refill the body wash in the shower and I did not realize this until I was in the shower. I attempted to contact the front desk late at night and no one answered. I went to the front desk the following morning, but they were still unable to provide me with body wash, and I had to wait for room service to deliver body wash several minutes later.

After a long day of travel and a surprise diverted flight, we found ourselves at this Marriott at almost one in the morning. Imagine our surprise when we came into the hotel and had the most helpful and kind desk agent. Larry L. went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed for the morning, had a comfortable room that suited us, and that our stay was enjoyable. He took his time to help us and I couldn't be more grateful. With excellent staff like this, I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone.

Nice hotel. The private porch was really nice. Most of the staff were wonderful. Love being on the ground floor. Rooms are small. No microwave and small refrigerator. Not much to see or do within walking distance.

Not posh, no coffee or tea stand set up for weary travelers to enjoy and relax after their journey. Heavy smell of room fragrance as you enter. Not worth the price. Bathroom was clean, room was modest and a little outdated. No complimentary bottle of water provided. The staff explained that this hotel served mainly people on their way to the airport but I still believe that all guests need basic amenities like tea and coffee stand and bottled water as it's likely that they are going to arrive tired and dehydrated like we did. It's the least they could do especially for the price. Never ever will I stay here again.
