I recently visited Mr. Tire in Dulles, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to thoroughly assess my vehicle's needs and explained everything in detail, which made me feel confident in their expertise.

The service was prompt and efficient, and they completed the tire installation much quicker than I expected. I was also impressed by their competitive pricing and the quality of the products they offer. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in need of tire services. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. I will definitely return for any future tire needs!

Had two of my cars' tires replaced. Booked appointments online and they were ready when I came in. Pointed out areas where maintenance was needed ( it was legit as I do most of the work on my cars myself) without being overly pushy. I ordered my tires online and had them delivered to the store so really only used them for install but they were fine. Easy to work with and did what they said they would do.

Made a 4pm appointment and got a confirmation of my appointment. Showed up at 3:55 and was told that they would not take any more cars after the ones already being worked on.

So, my recommendation would be to understand that appointments here are not appointments, and go elsewhere if you'd actually like the work done that you need.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, particularly the one in Sterling. Normally, I pay around $80 for a full synthetic oil change, but I decided to try using a $70 Groupon coupon, thinking it would save me money. I entered my car’s details and expected to pay an extra $10 or $15 at most to cover additional 2 quarts of oil, based on what others had told me.

However, when I arrived, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional $73, making the total cost more than double the price of the coupon I purchased. To make matters worse, I couldn’t return the coupon because it was a final sale. I was left with no choice but to either lose the $70 or pay the extra amount.

I highly advise against going to Mr. Tire. I’m really frustrated that I trusted that coupon, only to end up paying more than double what I expected.

Came in to check a defective tire and ended up getting all four replaced which I anticipated.

I've been sitting here for three hours. When I got up to ask how the time is looking, no one was at the front desk because the employees are arguing in the back and can be clearly heard in the front desk waiting area. This has been going on for at least half an hour now and I had to call the other Sterling shop who called an employee's cell phone here before I could get any idea of the repair status. They're still arguing while phones are ringing and potential customers are coming in, waiting a minute or two, and then walking away after hearing the argument. This is beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I called the 1-800 complaint number and explained to the customer service representative what was going on.

Until this manager, the workers, the techs, or whoever can work out their issues, I would recommend going to a different store.

Made an appointment online to buy a specific set of tires that I wish to purchase.

Instructions online said to call ahead 24 hours in advance. I did so.

Employee who answered the phone was very unhelpful and seemed confused. After an excruciatingly long discussion I discovered the location did not have my tires in stock, and I need to provide a deposit to order them, so they will arrive in time.

This is fine, but I need to be in person to leave a deposit. Well that was impossible for my schedule, so now my appointment is canceled.

What is even the point of the appointment then?

Impressed with my experience at this location so far! Everyone has been really nice, got in quickly, everything was checked out and explained to me, and costs adjusted to fit my needs. I plan on coming back here indefinitely! Free WiFi is an added bonus.
