I was originally booked at another hotel, but due to an emergency there guests were relocated to this hotel, Home2Suites. The staff was accommodating professional, even in the midst of an influx of gas that they had not planned to accommodate.

My room was exceptionally clean, fully stocked with modern deco. Five stars all around

I swear my bed has bedbugs. Had bites all over me. Left early. Front desk did let me switch rooms. But they didn't even inspect the room. Kept saying I had an allergic reaction to the soap they use on the sheets. Said they never had any issues before. I came home and I think I brought them home have new bites. Like a guest staying previously can bring bed bugs in . They were nice but could of done a better job

Beautiful hotel. Can’t believe it’s not brand new but 4 to 5 years old. Spotless. Stayed in room 433 which is a top floor corner. Room was huge and well appointed. Very bright and appealing design throughout the hotel. Breakfast area has great seating and windows. Pool area is extremely nice, almost feels like a resort. Great price point as well. Will stay here again for sure.

Lorena the GM has been awesome! So helpful! We had friends who were displaced due to their home being inhabitable from Milton and Helene. We were able to get them a room for a few nights here. They have been super helpful with their needs as they have nothing left and no cell phone even to call. Thank you!

I love kids being kids. However, when I have a dozen kids in the pool screaming without restraint or restriction for an hour, plus, that becomes the problem. The front desk has informed me that the pool hours are till 10pm. This is no blame on the kids. They are doing what their parents allow them to do. The blame is on the staff to allow this screaming to go on. Yes, the pool is still open, but at the same time, there are other guests who pay to get a good night rest. The screaming should not be going on at 9:15 pm. If you want to get good rest, this is going to be the wrong place. In addition, housekeeping never made it to my room. This is not what I was expecting from a hilton.

I recently stayed at this location and just saw on my account today that two holds of $50 were taken. I called to speak to guest services at this location and the lady who answered was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with in my life. Not only did she pass me off to say to just call the credit card company, but she then hung up on me when I pushed as to why two charges were taken.

I stay at plenty of Hiltons as a Diamond member, but never have I been treated like this. Honestly, my stay here was great, the room was clean and fresh. However, customer service is a huge deal and this was a bad experience for me. When staying here, be careful because they may take two holds and there’s nothing you can do about it.

I was pleased with this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. The attendant was constantly filling and cleaning the breakfast area. The hotel staff were very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I say here every week since September it is now mid November I really like this place. It has grills. A big pool and nice water pressure.
