I’ve had a great experience working with Mike Berger of ACACIA Insurance Services, Inc.. A number of years ago I received Long Term Care advice from Mike’s mother and when she retired Mike continued to be available and answer my questions even though I hadn’t ever conducted business with him! This year I had more interest in making changes to my LTC insurance so I worked more closely with Mike. He has consistently been available to provide clear answers, explanations, and options. Craig Matesky is amazing! He is a true professional and an expert regarding Long Term Care Insurance. Our existing Long Term Care Provider settled a class action lawsuit and sent out letters to all policy holders with the options that are part of the settlement. The terms and options were overwhelming, and my Long-Term Care representative was no longer around. I did not where to turn. Fortunately, a colleague referred me to Craig and he has been amazing! Even though he was very busy he took the time to review our options, answer all of our questions and provide informed suggestions on what he thought the best options were for my husband and me. With his help we have made the best decisions for our situation. I wish we had known Craig much earlier. If you ever need help with Long Term Care insurance do not use anyone else. I will certainly be referring him to everyone I know looking for insurance. Thank you Craig.

You will not find anyone more patient and knowledgeable in the long term care arena than Mike Berger. He can answer any question you might have about LTC plans, including questions about state laws and 1035 exchanges and anything else you can come up with! And he will do it graciously. We did not know long term care plans excited and had no clue what long term care was.
