I had an extremely positive experience with this firm. I was helped by Andy Castro who put a lot of time and energy into trying to find an auto insurance policy at a more reasonable rate for me, than what I previously had. He succeeded, plus had patience with me in doing so.

Never go to this company! The staff is super rude, and no internal communication at all. Additionally, they are super money hungry! Our policy effect on 7/1, and they just canceled our policy on 9/24 without providing a reason, and the refund should be $7703+, but only refund is $ 6720.75, thinking about bring this case to the Court!

Excellent service Maria is the best insurance agent and, I look forward in working with her for years to come! She was there for me when I needed help it’s been rough after my Mother passed away. I seen her email response and, it just made me smile. It gave me happiness across my face. She made a sad day an outstanding happy day. The insurance is great to!
