Troppi soldi rispetto al servizio. 143dollari a stanza e colazione non inclusa. X colazione altri12dollari e ho mangiato meglio in altri hotel d fascia molto piu bassa. Tante stanze si affacciano all interno e quindi luce accesa e tende tirate tutto il tempo. Cmq pulito e letti comodi. Treno passa a poca distanza. Posizione super centrale.

Check in with Tomi was friendly, quick and easy. She also made sure to thank me for my bonvoy status and made sure I didn’t have any questions about the hotel or the area. Javier at the bar was great and friendly as well. Next time I come into town for business I will make sure to stay here due to the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff.

I’ve been traveling to Wichita since 2018 multiple times a year and always try to stay here. The rooms are clean and location is excellent.. but what stands out the most is the staff and their customer service. They are attentive, friendly, and remember their repeated customers to build meaningful personal connections. Malcom with operations and the kitchen, Michelle and Jeff with the kitchen, and Javier at the bar all provide excellent customer service! I elect to have my breakfast and happy hour drinks at the hotel instead of one of the many surrounding restaurants because I feel like I want to catch up with old friends. I’ve literally changed my travel dates to coincide with this hotels availability.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a lot to do in the Old town area and nearby. ||We had a good time shopping and eating in the area. the Farmers Market is a great experience. Eggcetra is about a block away and is good for breakfast, the Nut Hut has lots of Candy and there is a game room with vintage games for kids and adults that is also within walking distance. ||There is a parking lot adjacent to the hotel that we paid to park in. It did fill up on the weekend with drunks and partiers who were going to a Mexican Bar called Cabron y Vagos. It would be nice if the hotel would put a gate and fence around the parking lot so it was more private and secure. we had to pay, they did not. ||This bar also played music at an unbearable sound level that could be heard in our room past midnight. When we left Sunday morning, it appeared that one of the drunks from the bar had left their truck parked right in the drive up lane of the nearby Scooters coffee. ||I called the Wichita Police Department to inform them about this noise issue and was referred to a community policing sergeant who never returned a call. Perhaps the ownership of the hotel can follow up on this with the police.||We look forward to staying again soon, hopefully the disrespectful bar owner and patrons are dealt with before our return.

Very clean nice hotel. Can tell it was recently renovated other than weirdly the furniture in the room seemed recycled and wasn't refreshed but was still clean. The only turn off was the staff hanging out outside and not at their "station". Front desk was just chatting with people out front and took a few minutes to get to the Front desk to check me in, and the bar tender for the "bar" was smoking a cigarette out front and took a few minutes to come back inside and to get my drink. But overall nice hotel.

This hotel is a great location with great restaurant options within walking distance. I stay here every time I need to come for business meetings. Tonight I chose to go downstairs to lobby bar and restaurant for a light dinner and Javier took great care of me. He was very attentive to me and the others there as well. Definitely five star service from Javier!

This was a great place! Javier at the bar was amazing to us and gave us the best service. Very kind and attentive! The lobby was large and not crowded. Front desk was easy to check in and parking is great! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Would stay again.

I was staying at the courtyard old town. Had a fabulous time with my Bartender Javier. Every time I’m in town he takes great care of me. Excellent customer service great conversation and the drinks are flowing. Next time you go to the bar, ask him to fire up his playlist. Promote this guy asap.
