We came in 30 mins early and the jennifer, the lady on front said I can't check in till 3 o'clock since there's no available room and she only have 2 housekeepers. I hace stayed in multiple hotels and no issues of checking in early. We stayed at the lobby and my kids started playing. She probably realized they are too loud.when I stepped out,,my son said the lady said got a call that there's 1 room opened up. . She asked which floor do I prefer? So I asked her, I thought u said 1 room ready Why asking for floor if there's 1 room ready She told me we'll I asked the cleaning lady to . Clean it for u.. she doesn't makes sense at all. I also went to gym and told them there's no water and all they told me was "I know". So if u would like to stay here don't expect for good customer service. They dont have that.

Our Peterbilt broke down on our way to California. Truck was in the shop Waaay longer than we expected. ( a whole week! ) Rooms are scarce with all the oilfield workers. FORTUNATELY, we had a friend in the area staying at this hotel. He was able to get us a room! We were also able to keep adding to the days we needed it...since we had no idea when our truck would be ready. The staff was amazing! The room was very nice. I loved having a bathtub! LOL ?
They have lots of microwave meals, drinks and snacks available to purchase. ( so you don't have to go anywhere) There also was a grocery store within walking distance as well as a yummy pizza place.
A really nice stay... even though it was a bad situation. If we're ever in the area... we'd definitely stay here again. ?

Room smelled musty, damp, and like mildew. Evidently, the internet was not working. Netflix and Max kept saying it could not connect to internet. Fox is blocked on the TV. Just seemed like for a room that cost more than $100 that there was too much wrong with it. $40-50 would have been a fair price. I've never had this much problem with the marriott brand hotel. Just for reference, I stay in a hotel about 30 nights a year.

Below average for a Marriott property. Room smelled musty, holes in the bed sheets, internet was inadequate for business needs and would not stream the local fox channel.

This time was better than a year ago. Last time, there was no hot water the first day, and at the end of that day, there was no water at all. I had to change hotels because they basically closed down. This time was much better. Good room and breakfasts.

Nice location. Very polite and responsive staff. Very clean rooms. I politely asked about a fresh oatmeal milk at the breakfast bar when the one I poured was sour, and the staff fixed the situation right away. I also politely informed them upon checkout about the toilet in the room, which was running and constantly filling, and they thanked me for letting me know. Excellent service. Friendly staff. My only problem was an unrecognized extra charge on my credit card for $18.40 for which there is no documentation, given that I did not buy anything at the hotel. I tried to rectify it with the hotel directly using their phone number listed, but no one answered the phone and the number had no voicemail. I tried to get it rectified with my credit card company, and my credit card company resolved the disputed charge in my favor. The credit card company has informed me that the merchant has 60 days to challenge their decision, so I will be keeping a close eye on what happens. Once those 60 days have passed and I see that the hotel hasn't fabricated charges to furnish to my credit card company, I will consider changing this 2 star review to something higher better reflecting my actual experience. Other than this problem, everything at the hotel--save for the sour oatmeal milk and the running toilet--was great. If you do choose to stay here, please examine your credit card statement very closely afterwards for any unauthorized charges. But, again, one more word for the excellent staff!

They score overall low because internet speed is essential for work with what I do and entertainment is important too, and the basic and paid access just doesn’t cut it. The internet is awful. Even their paid internet is trash. I will stay elsewhere next time. I paid the 5ish dollars a day for better internet and ended up using my phones hotspot because the latency of the hotel WiFi is ridiculous and the overall speed is just embarrassing. I can’t believe they charge money for something my phone can do better on LTE (4G).
