Dear Fleet Farm Management,

I am writing to share a concern regarding one of your managers, Alex, who I’ve noticed is often on his personal phone while working, particularly around the checkouts and other customer-facing areas. During my visits, I have frequently seen Alex on his phone in full view of both customers and employees, which comes across as inattentive and unprofessional.

As a customer, I expect a high standard of service and focus from Fleet Farm’s team, especially from management. Seeing Alex frequently distracted by his phone detracts from the welcoming and professional environment that Fleet Farm is known for.

Great place to go. Awesome selection. Brand names. People are always so helpful at the store in GB. Very professional and very helpful. I will always go back there. Excellent prices.

Updated 6/17/2022: been going to this location since I moved back to Green Bay since about November maybe even December? What I like about this Fleet Farm over the other one(GB off Taylor) is that the one off Taylor Street it’s hard to get in and out of -the gas station, as well as the parking lot.

This FF has a much better layout less congestion for traffic lines aren’t as long or slow shelves seem to be more organized or start better the store seems to be clean you’re definitely in the bathroom but also if you wanna get gas the car wash is right there if you want to vacuum out your vehicle it’s right next to the car wash and the auto centers right next to the car wash in the gas station either way Fleet Farm is awesome . I always use the gas coupon when I get the popcorn where if you spend $50 you get five dollars off on your purchase so I always use that in the rewards points.

This store seems to have more people available to answer questions, lines aren’t as long more organized cleaner and better staffed. But like I said I just like Fleet Farm! Watch for the employee pricing they do that a couple times a year where you can get 20% off on your purchase after you use your coupon and only sales… Free farm will have a big banner up on their store and I also appreciate that they do a discount for veterans every so often I wish they would just do it like Home Depot does or some of the other stores

I feel that you do not value customer's time. I signed up for the texts few days earlier and received a one day 10% off coupon, awesome! I spend my half an lunch break trying to get 10% off my online order. Says customer not recognized no % off. So, I then go to Fleet farm east one day later show them my online shopping cart and how I tried to get % off that day and didn't work and was hoping they would reimburse me for the % of the items I bought that was trying to get online. They said no cause I purchased the items today and not the previous day and said they were having problems with the system. Pretty upset about wasting my break. In hindsight, I should have just returned all my items right then due to the lack of caring about other people's time.

So funny ? , I actually called the number provided in their response; thinking maybe they wanted to do the right thing. It was a customer service number from Appleton location saying she would take info. and pass it on. Basically just asked more personal questions email, phone number. Nobody got back to me. It sure is a good thing Fleet farm is hiring really nice people on the floor to work for them because with their policies/ way they run business they would be out of business.

I went in today to replace a 5 month old "warranted in full" battery that had a dead short in it. After explaining the situation to the manager that the only way the battery started my mower was if I had the battery charger on at a 400amp jump start, but when I lifted the jumpers after it started, that the mower shut down. As an electrician working in the trade for 40 years, I tried to explain that if the battery was just low on charge, that it would at least stay running, while charging in place. Not only did they refuse to issue me a new battery, they told me to purchase another that could not be refunded even if they find through their investigation, that the battery I brought in was indeed bad. I have never had such a horrible customer experience as I did today at Fleet Farm East. If fleet farm has to wait to send a warranted battery back to the supplier, and wait for their judgement, that tells me there is more going on with Fleet Farm than what is generally known. If I ran my business the same way, no one would come back. These people need a few lessons in customer service. This is worse than a #1 rating; if there would be a -100 score, that is what I would give them. I would not recommend anyone to buy batteries from Fleet Farm East in Green Bay.

Was denied a sale from sporting goods because I was STRANGE and acting WEIRD? Their words not mine. Please Specify? Seriously, I'm INCREDIBLY CURIOUS. Don't waste people's time, and just tell customers up front so they can shop else where. I also buy sporting goods here all the time too, not wasting anymore hard earned money at this place. Where they push you to the side with no detailed explanation as to why, just feels really disrespectful. Do business with establishments that actually respects and care for their customers.

Went there to get some tools for work, witch they got rid of, very poor service, and not so friendly help, cashier was rude. They need to bring back their hand tools instead of all tht power n battery operated tools. Used to be the place to go to for everything. Not anymore and their prices are ridiculous.

Fleet Farm has been slowly going downhill. Tried to fuel up and the gas pump stated they no longer take credit cards. The attendant called and said I had to come in and prepay. I'm not sure how much fuel my car was going to take.... she then said to run it as cash then come back in and pay, lol. Just save yourself time and go to Kwik Trip and/or Costco. Fleet farm is always higher priced anyway. Home Depot and several online outdoor stores blow fleet farm's prices away. Don't bother wasting your time - they usually don't have it and if they do, it's the most expensive retailer that has it. Fleet farm was good 25 years ago, but they have not adapted well with the times.

This place was absolutely awesome. I had to stay overnight at a delivery next door so I decided to check this place out. I was blown away by the fishing section which had every ring you could want. The hunting and camping section was just as awesome.
