The absolute worst experience of my life. Delayed flight then cancelled flight. Got the complete runaround for a refund or any compensation for hotel stay. Asked to speak to a counter manager at Cleveland Frontier Counter, the manager asked for the agent to lie to me and say he was in a meeting. So far I have spoken to a variety of Frontier employees who have confirmed engine problems with planes, cheap airlines equals cheap accountability from management and above. Terrible airline experience!!! Don’t go cheap with this airline, not worth the hassle or risk.

This is for the Pittsburgh airport: Never use this airline!! Nobody at the counter until 2 hours before your flight. Good luck getting checked in and through security then run to your gate and hopefully make it on time. This is stupid dumb!!

The absolute worst airline of all time. From lost baggage with no chance of ever seeing it or ever getting help, to the absolute worst customer service. The majority of the time, they will not respond to any messages and will not answer the phone. The flight attendants are very mean, crass, and even vulgar. Furthermore, baggage fees are insane. I have flown with Frontier, unfortunately, around 50 times, and I always dread it. The planes are dirty and there are just terribly foul odors. One time, I found a half-eaten burrito squished under my seat. I have a strong distaste for this company. Refunds for cancellations are a tricky process. It's apparent this company doesn't care about the consumers' experience.

HORRIBLE!!!! (-10⭐️’s)
I am giving one star, only because I have to give at least that. Really I give -10.
Frontier airlines is without a doubt the worst airline carrier ever!! We have had several flights with Frontier, and every one of them has had some major issue. Our flight yesterday was the last straw. Our flight was at 6:35 AM, we arrived at the airport at 4:15 AM. Frontier airlines was obviously not prepared for all the people they had booked for flights at that time. The line was wrapped around their corded off area, went down a hall, turned down into another hall and went down about a quarter of a mile. We finally reached the bagging agent at 5:45 am and the agent told us that we were late and boarding already started. We would never make the flight and would not allow us to check our bags. We explained we had TSA Pre check and we could make it, she said it didn’t matter and we wouldn’t make it and go to the rebooking line. She was not nice about it at all. So we go to the rebooking line, which was longer than the line that we waited in to not check our bags. Apparently everybody missed their flight because Frontier was not prepared. We talked to many people in line who were told the same thing we were told. I’m wondering if the flights had any passengers on them?
When we finally reached the rebooking agent, they were equally as rude. We were told the only option we had was to fly out the next morning and we would be required to pay $100 each for rebooking. That was unacceptable, because if it was, we would’ve booked that in the first place.
We ended up booking a flight with another airline at $1200! We got home 13 hours later than we had originally planned.
Oh! I almost forgot…When the customs in line started getting a little loud, they called in security who showed up with an AR15?!? (See pics)
I started calling the airlines this morning at 10 AM. It is now 2:54 PM and my issue has just been addressed… not to my liking. But it was the only option.
You can’t talk to anyone about a problem you may have. You have to text with someone. That’s no simple feat either. By the time an agent or customer service representative, finally comes to the chat, 4 hours have passed.
I definitely do not recommend becoming a frontier member or customer for that matter. I don’t recommend booking a flight with them at all. You absolutely, definitely, get what you pay for. You might get lucky once in a while, but out of the last six flights with them, maybe two were good.
Don’t waste your time or money

My direct flight was canceled due to hurricane Milton and when offered a reschedule they automatically put me on a 20 hour layover while having an available flight departing 10 hours earlier to the same destination. Contacted 3 different customer service agents, all 3 said there wasn’t anything they could do for me, when I approached the counter they said they COULD help me but it was already “late” since the first couple of passengers already had boarded the ship. I was just trying to make it home after a disaster like Milton and I got no consideration at all. Had to spend 20 hours in Cleveland airport (which is awful) Do not recommend, Spirit is cheaper and way better.

They stole my mother’s under garments and half of my jewelry. Flights were booked to close together could not make during transfer from one airport to the next. Now I get why people mail their items separately if they fly with these effers. I never will again. Also customer service was very aggressive man who yelled at me to pressure us into buying another flight after we missed ours (we showed up a few minutes early but missed the flight completely), and he called my cell phone number back after I hung up with him. Psycho. Would NOT recommend. The worse flight experience in my life.

The airline attends and pilot are very nice people though! Bless them.

Clevland frontier bag drop-off representative best example of zero knowledge of customer service and respect. What kind of customer service fee can cost $150 for 1 backpack 20 pounds total weight. My ticket price is $149, and I pay $150 for 1 bag and customer service fee. People, are you out of your mind? No seat choices, no priority boarding zone, no carry-on. This is nonsense. Dear frontier Clevland team, thank you for the unic terrible experience. Plus, I was blamed that I should put my lagged tag by myself at terminal, first of all, fix your terminal, 1 terminal working, and 6 broken, how many hours ahead of my flight I should come to the airport to use your single working bag drop-off terminal?
