This is the worst taxi company I' ve ever seen. Untransparent on their price, agressiv and unprofessional !! We take it as we didnt have battery to order a uber to go back to our hotel. They charged us 842 AED instead of 158. When we said it was too much, the driver locked the Doors. They are dangerous and their place is in Jail!

Really a scammer. Just took taxi from world trade centre to grand excelsior bur Dubai hotel. But driver charge me 200 aed where taxi should be 30 aed. Don't trust them . The driver was Pakistani.

Untrustworthy- the driver charged me 1500aed for a journey that was meant to be 150 aed. When i complained they agreed to give me back some of the money but not to the full amount as apparently they would never do a taxi for this cheap. I believe this is a scam and something they do to a lot of customers. I will be reporting the driver and would highly recommend not to use this company!

Untrustworthy- the driver charged me 440AED for a journey that was meant to be 40aed. When i complained they agreed to give me full refund . Suppose to be owner Saqib said he wanted my bank details which was given then later said he can not do bank refund, promised by message & voice message that he will refund by cash but never happened. I Have reported to RMT & police .
I believe this is a scam and something they do to a lot of customers. I will be reporting the driver and would highly recommend NOT TO USE this company!
