Donte is a amazing guy. I spoke with him last yr about getting insurance and I explained I wasn’t ready and that I’d call him back when I was, and even tho he knew I wasn’t ready at that moment he still treated me like a ready to buy customer he was kind and patient.

Editing 5 star review after 1 year of doing business.

Came up for renewal and reached out to see why the premium doubled for our car insurance.

Not sure what changed or if we caught Dante on a bad week/month but the communication just wasn’t there.

We reached out to him directly to see what was changing and was forced to call the insurance company directly since we never received a follow-up.

We were not okay with the reason for the premium increase so we cancelled the policy directly with the insurance company. The insurance company attempted to call Insurance Group of Nevada but never received an answer so the policy had to be manually cancelled. Forms were signed for cancellation and we thought we were good to go since there was no more communication with Insurance Group Of Nevada and we opened a new policy same day.

The problem came about when our insurance company on behalf of Insurance Group of Nevada attempted to charge us almost 300$ after we already paid almost 1000$ for our final bill.

Again no communication from the Insurance Group of Nevada as to why this was happening.
We had to call our old insurance company again and found out that Insurance Group of Nevada kept incorrectly dating our policy cancellation which was adding an entire month to a policy we no longer needed.
We had this corrected only for the Insurance Group of Nevada for the SECOND time incorrectly date our insurance policy cancellation resulting in another bill being sent on behalf of Insurance Group of Nevada.

Again no communication from Insurance Group of Nevada on this.
Dante was contacted directly about this situation via email to which he finally replied stating cancellation forms were sent via
email pending signatures but these forms were already signed and returned directly to the insurance company prior since there was a huge lapse in communication with Insurance Group of Nevada.

Not sure what changed in a year but that’s no way to handle business and a complete opposite of the service received when initially signing up.
I guess if you are opening a policy with no plans to ever cancel you will be alright.
