Today as I was driving my check oil light came on. I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Herndon and in less than 30 minutes my oil was changed, tire pressure checked, and windshield fluid topped off. The team was pleasant and did a great job-I’ll definitely use them in the future. Even the bathroom was super clean! Thank you.

I had an oil change today. The gentlemen working here are awesome, they took very good care of my suv. They cleaned my windows real good and vacuumed the inside and left it spotless. Best of all I didn’t find oily fingerprints on my hood or dirty, a problem I had in other shops. David took good care of me. He checked me out at the register. Great customer service, polite and kind. He told me some others things that my suv needed done, at the same time he wasn’t pushy for me to get that done. Which I appreciate. If I had the time I would have gotten those things done. I’m definitely coming back.. Thank You guys!

Always amazing service! I have been taking my 09 Nissan Altima here since 2018. The team at Jiffy Lune Herndon have helped me with not only oil changes but also overall car maintenance and emergency repairs! Everything from changing transmission & engine oil, installing new taillights, replacing engine coils, replacing spark plugs, and even helping me order and install new catalytic converter when I had an exhaust leak!

I arrived at the location 90 minutes before their scheduled closing time. My brakes were failing and I didn't know why. The shop manager inspected my vehicle and explained the damage. He'd already called around to see if the replacement part was available and asked if I'd like the service provided since my vehicle was unsafe to drive. He emphasized that their closing time was 6 pm, but they would try to have it complete before then. They called me within the hour and said my vehicle was done! They went above and beyond to ensure my family's vehicle was safe to drive and didn't have to wait an extra day. All around great experience and customer service!

These guys are great. Called and asked if they were busy and they said no. I asked for an oil change and they had me in and out in 30mins or less. It was great.! And they were all really nice!
