They were so helpful! Both the gentlemen were able to provide me information on what to do around the area and they also made me feel so welcome coming from Australia. The next day I was in desperate need of a phone to make a phone call, they were able to provide me a phone which relieved so much stress. So appreciating of the assistance that I received from here. They also have a really interesting book about Penrith for purchase, if I had room in my luggage I would have purchased it!

Thanks to the helpful staff, we had a limited two days in lake district and had a fine time visiting Carlisle and windemere and managed the time.

The staff are spot on. I get my tickets there for the penrith player's events. You can reserve tickets and go and collect them at a later date, They cover lots of events that you can get tickets for. eg. Wannasee They also have bus timetables there.

We (myself & my other half) popped in there earlier to ask where we could find the o2 shop, (Google maps was wrong) the gentleman behind the counter was super kind and explained its actually near sainsburys and even gave me a map and drew directions ? ?. Supreme customer service & i was very glad to have walked in there. Thank you kindly ?
