Good, but could use another prone hamstring curl machine and one more chest fly/rear delt machine. also desperately needs a scale so I can weigh myself, it’s ridiculous for a gym to not have one at all. Review would be four stars if they had a scale. Hours are good as well, I’m glad they extended closing time to midnight.

This gym is quite nice. A variety of equipment to use is present. Although the exterior and interior look nice, the equipment could use some.... Renovations to say the least. Allocate the funds STAT.

Clean and spacious gym, with all the equipment you need. Expensive but the membership is worth it because of the access to all facilities and classes. No recording allowed is a plus, and keeps annoying content makers away and gives you privacy.

The weirdest rules and regulations to get in. Why do I have to be 18, pay 15 dollars, sponsored by someone who goes here, and have to be accompanied by them 24/7. Just let me work out and if I get hurt let me deal with the consequences. Overall dumb, i’m just trying to get a quick pump and go about my day not sign a soul binding contract and need the holy grail in order to get in.

The best gym for students at UF. Just try to avoid the evening rush hours or else be patient to get the bench!!!?

I love southwest it is usually pretty crowded besides for before noon but that is expected they are expanding it now and adding new equipment which I am so excited for. The staff there is always really nice and they have all the machines you could need. They also have many different areas where you can workout which is nice. Definitely a way better gym than student Rec and I also prefer it over crunch. Also over the summer the gym is really dead like in the picture I attached.
They also have shake smart in here which is pretty good. They have 2 free massage chairs now which I really like to use after my workout
