Having written a negative but totally honest and truthful review last year, I thought it was worth updating on my latest experiences. I was actually asked to remove the review by Alex at UF International and did so as I was told things would improve but 6 months later there has been no change. Alex put an offer in for our business In August 2023 which we accepted. We were then strung along for 7 months and eventually decided to pull out the deal. Throughout our business dealings, Alex was unwilling to communicate in a professional way, was incredibly difficult to get updates from, and wasted a huge amount of our time chasing him. He generally gives the impression of having no regard for other people. This is in no way written with any bitterness that the deal fell through as that happens for all kinds of reasons but it's vital in business to conduct yourself in a professional manner and this was sorely lacking. I strongly recommend not working with this company.
