Truffa. Cercano di vendere il biglietto "salta la fila" che costa 25€ sul sito ufficiale, in un'ufficio accroccato e chiedono 55€ addescando i clienti fuori i musei vaticani durante la lunga fila.

The Vatican City is incomparable and unique on our whole planet. For this place, you need to set aside at least one full day and it will be more interesting if you join a group with a guide, which will also allow you to skip the long wait in line. This is the kind of service that this company offers. There are quite a lot of customers and it was crowded in June. Everything was good except for the most important thing. It's about the guide. If you listened carefully, you could notice something very disagreeable - she mixed poltical things in her stories about the Vatican that were not good and not acceptable to me.

We were approached by a lovely man just outside the metro who gave us info (we looked a bit aimless) and brought us to the tourguide office. It was very pricey but it did work out for the best.

Alex was a fantastic tour guide who knew the Vatican museums completely. He talked to us throughout the whole tour, teaching us and making sure we didn't get lost. Without him we wouldn't have seen the Sistine chapel and we would have missed an amazing opportunity. Thank you Alex, you made our trip!

Brazilian reseller told us we are poor and doesn't want to talk anymore with us because we didn't want to buy tickets at 45€ without guide. *original price is 25€*
He barely forced us to get to the shop and then complains, avoid this tourist trap for stupid people

These guys delivered. Yes. You pay more but you get to skip the lines. I didn’t want to wait three hours in line so I paid for the access. They were upfront with the price and our tour guide was great. I highly recommend this if you don’t want to spend three hours in the sun even after you booked online.

Anna was the most rude and impatient guide I have ever had. Standing in front of her, I could not understand something she said. Upon asking her to repeat what she said she lashed out at me in front of the whole group. She said she cannot repeat what she said and that if I don't understand her it's a problem and has told me I am welcome to leave and go get my money back. I was left embarrassed and shook on the verge of tears in front of the whole group. Stay away from this guide as she is very rude and impatient. Having paid so much money for this tour, I would expect someone more patient and professional. Besides having much difficulty understanding her, it felt like she just wanted to talk and get this over with. Totally ruined this beautiful place for us. Avoid.

Had someone from "Vatican Hill Tours" dissuade me from joining the long line to get into the museum, warning me it would take 2 hours and offering me a tour of the museum leaving in 15 minutes. He then led me to a sketchy looking office where I paid 55€ (student discount) and waited around with some others for the guide to meet us. We departed from the office about 10 minutes late, long enough to start getting worried I'd been scammed but then we were led over to the museum and through security before being handed over to the actual guide, who may have worked for the museum. They took us on a wonderful and informative tour of the Vatican's gardens (an unexpected but welcome surprise as I wouldn't have been able to do that without a tour group) then led us through the top floor hallway of the museum and dropping us off at the beginning of the Contemporary art exhibit, before you enter the Sistine chapel.
Despite my initial apprehension, I think the opportunity to skip waiting in a long line, as well as a friendly and educational tour guide were worth the price I paid (which included admission to the museum) though I would only advise this as a last minute solution. I wish I had booked my ticket in advance with a more trustworthy organization.

Photos attached are the front entrance and logo of the office I entered to pay for my tour.
