Personnel aimable.
Un bon choix de cartes pour randonner. Les petits livrets sont bien faits.
Une carte est la bienvenue si vous souhaitez en profiter car les chemins sont peu balisés.
Des produits locaux comme dans tous les offices de tourisme.
Un parking quand on arrive en bateau permet d'y aller de suite.

Excellent resource for Brodick. Great service and advice on what to do. We walked to the Castle which was worth it. They have a wee shop too full of nice gifts.

Very nice and well-informed staffs. They explain about tourism attraction in Arran very well and complete. You can also buy postcard and other souvenirs here.

Walked in for help and was rushed out and thrust a map and told to get on with it. I expect what happens here is the poor lady gets rushed off her feet every time the ferry arrives so she tries to slap dash deal with everyone then boot them out the door 'toot sweet' My advice is stick to Google maps.

Go as soon as you get off the ferry. Very helpful and lots of free maps of the island.
